Upload speed went from 19Mbs to 14Mbs after reboot, fault?

Original Sync Down: 69Mbs Now = 64Mbs

Original Sync Up: 19Mbs Now = 14Mbs

BT fault tracker doesnt say anything, using BT HH6, MK3 faceplate and Tandy DSL cable (Cat5E STP). I also don't have a normal microfilter to test the test socket.

Using Cat5E STP cable from router to PC, speeds also slow on all other devices.

You really need to get a filter to rule out the internal wiring, or accpet that if an engineer does come and the wiring is the problem, you'll be billed £130 for the pleasure.

I think we'll be moving to Plusnet anyway, they just updated there website and now have unlimited mobile calls, seeing as BT doesnt have this we're paying around £110-130 a month 😕 But I'm sure BT won't add it for that reason Smiley Very Happy
