Openreach still has my house listed under its old name (it changed more than 20 years ago). BT billing details are correct. Over the last 15 years, I've tried many times to get this changed, spending 40+ hours on the phone and struggling with orders from BT with Broadband, TV and Mobile in the process.
Most recently this week, a SIM ordered as part of my Son's 16th Birthday present hasn't been delivered because BT has sent it to the wrong address.
Having found out about the ORDI, it seems the mods on this board are the only people able to make it work.
I'd be really grateful if they could make their magic work for me and finally sort this issue!
