Thanks for that A1944. This morining it said 24th so I just just checked it again and it now says 25th. At least that has potentially eliminated a website issue, otherwise everyone would see the same error. As suspected, it must be tied to each user's account.

I was looking at the monitor on MyBT (which does not list email alerts etc) not the one on your link. Fancy there being one that's out-of-date and another that's not. The plot thickens but now I have conclusive proof obtained from BT's own sites that there is indeed a fault. Much obliged.

I spoke too soon, as it looks like the monitor has gone walkies again.  No update for last night yet. 

 

Often seems to happen on Mondays

Same here. No updates since 26th. I fail to see how BT staff can ever claim the usage monitor is working properly.

I wish they would just be honest and issue an announcement like they've done with the YouView/iPlayer overusage debacle. All hope is lost.

When I checked just before midnight, the reading for the 27th had come up, and appeared to be accurate.

As mentioned above, BT BB Usage Monitor got stuck again yesterday 28th, still displaying usage for 26th. 

Luckily I'd time to login this morning and 'caught' the delayed usage for 27th before its overwritten later today by usage for 28th. Still no service updates on here or anywhere I can find on BT website to explain to us customers why this keeps happening and when it will be fixed. An email reply I received earlier this month from BT assured me they knew what the problem was and it was being fixed, but no time scale was given.

Just confirming that just now mine is also stuck up to 27th so I cannot confirm any issues yesterday. Getting caught by the end of the month scam is one thing but this is ridiculous.

The figures for the 28th are not due until sometime this afternoon, so having got the 27th does not constitute "stuck".  Or do you mean that you have not yet got the 27th?

 

Edit at 1238:

Figures for 28/1 have now come up for me.

Something strange has just happened. 

 

The figure for last night (6/2/13) has been displayed, but it is the same as the previous night (5/2/13), it definitely should have been higher.

 

Anyone else seeing the same?

Same for me A1944 - have been recording the figures daily since mid Jan so I know 100% the 6th Feb figure is wrong
