Good Afternoon, while attempting to change some account settings I get the following error.
"User name is not a primary email name."
However i'm logging in with the only user on my account so how is it not the primary account?

I was contacted by phone and told that although my bt account shows my email as the primary id and when i check the primary id for my account it comes back saying 'This is the primary id for this account' That somewhere in the system my email is registered as a sub account to my girlfriends (which is a different account number) She is set up on bt yahoo and I cannot find any instructions to 'gift' or transfer this sub account as a yahoo user...Can you offer any advice on this?
I have a similar problem and have spent several hours with online chat and level 2 support screen sharing providing no solution. I can't access BTSport or my data saved to BT Cloud. Any help would be very welcome.
