Well, the bounce email address is on my personalised domain. The hosting company that I use can convert the bounce email address to a sending one for a monthly charge. The charge is based on the capacity of the inbox that is required.

Which is what I have said. You have to have a real email account that can send and receive emails and not just a bounce email address which only diverts received emails to a genuine email address and can not be used to send emails.

But as I have said a number of times now that was not always the case and I have been a btinternet user for 20 years and a bt.com user before that. With all due respect this is becoming an idle conversation as we are just repeating ourselves. I am ending this thread now and I thank you for your contribution.

It was a facility that was available with BTYahoo, but if your mail has been migrated to BTMail, it is no longer possible.
