Using and connecting BT vision/ Infinity with Apple Airport Time Capsule (esp using Catch Up).

Hi,

This is my first post on the forum. I've looked at some posts related to this topic from the past but I'm still confused and in need of help. When I've connected my hub3 to the Time Capsule, everything worked fine apart from not being able to use Catch Up on the TV.

 

My wife wants to use Catch Up. I need to find out how to fix this...

 

We are moving house in the next month and we intend to get BT Infinity. I want to know if I can set up the Time Capsule correctly such that we can use Catch Up. 

Please bear in mind, I'm looking for an "idiots guide" to this problem.

(And quick before she murders me!).

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

No idea about Apple Time Capsules but you need to enable IGMP snooping wherever that may be found on your device.
