I recently joined from Plusnet and the major factor of my decision to join from a Sister company was the impressive USwitch rewards.
The Offer was £100 Mastercard and a £40 Amazon voucher. So quite decent and a large justification for joining.
Order date 21/04/2020
Switchover Activation date 11/05/2020, I have a order number starting AJMAAZ********** if that is needed.
Navigating to the BT Rewards page https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsclaim says nothing to claim. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction as i look like i am not the only one who has had Uswitch issues.

Thanks to Neil and David i Received my Mastercard/ Purecard with my credit added and all activated. Just waiting for the amazon voucher now.
@Raven8472 no problem at all we were happy to help, the Amazon vouchers take a bit longer to arrive than the mastercard but it should be with you within 45 days of making the claim.
Hi, I have experienced the same issue.
I have called in a few times regarding this but was told as my query wasn't high priority (COVID), I would receive a response. I haven't yet received this. I switched in towards the end of April due to the above reason.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
