Anyone else getting the VC011 error since updating to the latest version?
Worked fine before the update but not now 😞

Not been around much but yesterday this error popped up and no matter what I try nope still the same as the other customers.
Gone through all the steps to resolve this error, removed and did a fresh install but nothing helps. So if anybody has any info on how to fix this error I'll be more than happy.
I have 4 devices, all with version 2.9.1 of the BT Sports App.
I think the problem may relate to the size of the device.
It works fine on my mobile, a Galaxy S3, android version 4.3
It also works fine on my 7 inch tablet running android version 5.1.1
I have 2 android tablets with 10 inch screens, running android versions 4.4.2 and 5.1.1, and I receive the same error message VC011
I have followed the help solutions without success, having refreshed the page and tried again
Logged out of the app and back in again
I have allso cleared the app's data and cache.
I do not use any data compression apps.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled current version.
I have also downloaded an older version of the app, 2.8, however it made me perform a forced update to the newer version with the same result error VC011.
Re error code VC011 on latest update of BT Sport App , BT are aware of issue and currently working on solution. BT advise new update wil be released when available
I don't think it has anything to do with device size as I've got 7", 10" and bigger Tabs that work and I've done all the steps that BT say will fix this bug on a new Tab but sadly it does not.
I spoke to tech team yesterday and as has been posted they know about it and are working on a fix.
I bought a new adroid 5.1 tablet on 23rd. Nov. BT sport has never worked on . I get one of two error codes up -- DT001 or the VC 011 when I click on 'watch now'. Hope result comes before time runs out to return tablet as useless
There's now a fix (kind of) until it's sorted in future release. If you are experiencing the erroVC011 on your android then give this a go:
Download the BT Sport app if you've removed it
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.bt.btsport and sign up for tester
An update will become available - Update the app and retry
