For the past two weeks my BT infinity speed has been shocking! The speed drops at night. I'm not using it for gaming, only browsing - and it is painfully slow. BT says there's no fault! Has anyone else had a problem with this in the W13 area? Also mpy ping rate is really bad - like 115! I want to switch to Virgin and I don't care that I'm in a contract with BT. Vision is terrible now- used to be ok. I feel I've been conned. Is Virgin broadband any better?

Are you experiencing any other problems with your connection? Dropping connection? Can you please run a speed test from this site BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test when you feel your speed is running at its slowest? and then post the results.
