Have you got any joy regarding this problem, I was getting it last night
my account is set up for BT sports but the Techincal help guy was a as good as a choclate kettle.
I spent an hour last night, and 30 minutes this morning trying to get through.
I gave up in the end as I have got work to do.
Spoken to someone from BT on the online chat and they said my account is all set up for BT Sport so it should be working (not very helpful)
So i have called 0800 111 4567 and used the call back feature, so waiting for them to call me, will update thread once i hear from them.
OK problem solved!!! (info i have the Black BT Vision+ Box)
You need to call BT on 0800 111 4567 and ask them to RESET the "Entitlement Information" mine was blank, you can check yours if you go click:- Bt Vision on your remote / Help & Settings / Settings / Entitlement Information
Since they done that it now has info with todays date showing its has been initialised
I managed to get through to them eventually, did not realise that India was that far away,
could have went there in person to speak to them.
They have done the reset and they have given me instructions on how to reset the box
when I get home, as it is currently switched off.

Was told to do the following BT India
BT Vision -> Help and Settings -> Settings -> system information -> Reset Registration
BT Vision -> Help and Settings -> Settings -> CA network info -> Force ReSync.
But did not have to do it as it now working when I switched on the box.
