User has a VoIP phone at home, that is unable to connect to our phone system through the BT Home Hub. It works perfectly elsewhere, and with other modems/firewalls. The original thread looks to outline the issue, and there is apparently a ‘fix’ BT can apply, or give us to apply to the router.
