VOL number when trying to order Amazon Voucher

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post!

I understand you're looking for your VOL order number to claim for your Amazon voucher.  You would have received an online order reference number via email when you placed your order.  Do you have this?  You can just use that one leaving the section asking for your VOL reference number blank.

Thanks for posting back and sorry for the confusion!

If you scroll to the top of the page on your mobile there should be a tab that says "bio" and you should see the link after tapping on that.
