Hi,
A couple days ago my phone line dropped out, and our broadband download speeds went from around 49 mbps to not topping 4 mbps, whilst upload speeds dropped from 10Mbps to under 1Mbps. I have a Hub 6, and not had this problem before and since the phone line is now back working, yet the broadband speeds remain painfully slow.
Is there anything I can do to boost them back to what they were?
Thanks
can you post hub stats advanced settings then technical log information

Do you have a dial tone? If so try dial 17070 option 2 your should hear your number and then should be silent. Any noise is a problem
Yes there is a dial tone, and the silent test is completely silent
I would try test socket with a filter and see if that improves speed or just the same. If no change then you need to phone 151 and get engineer visit
