my mobile reception at home is getting worse.
signal was never great but now dropping off to no coverage
what's the contact details to ask someone to specifically investigate whether coverage in my area can be improved?

We have three mobile accounts with BT and can barely send or receive texts or calls at home.
When we spoke to them they basically said there was nothing that could be done.
Three contracts about to be cancelled, but I suppose that's no big deal to BT. Sad.
Other providers have signal booster boxes for the home that apparently work very well in this situation, one being EE, who are owned by BT!
