Very poor reception

my mobile reception at home is getting worse.

signal was never great but now dropping off to no coverage 

what's the contact details to ask someone to specifically investigate whether coverage in my area can be improved?

I understand your pain!

 

We have three mobile accounts with BT and can barely send or receive texts or calls at home.

 

When we spoke to them they basically said there was nothing that could be done.

 

Three contracts about to be cancelled, but I suppose that's no big deal to BT. Sad.

 

Other providers have signal booster boxes for the home that apparently work very well in this situation, one being EE, who are owned by BT!

 

Good luck, you may get a better outcome.

 

Think this is what you're after:

 

Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm
Please have your account number ready (it’s on your bill)

  • From a landline: 0800 800 150
  • Dial 150 from your BT Mobile

as you say I suspect it will turn out to be a waste of time but will give it a try
