Ok thanks will send off an email and post up the post reset stats in a bit. Just weird as now i have reset the router i'm back to a really fast connection again?

your connection speed and profile were never a problem looking at the stats.  your problem is your throughput not connection speed.  need mods to help get it fixed

Yeah no problems listed. What I mean is before I reset the router I download files at about 7.5 Kb/s then after about 700-800 Kb/s. Have contacted the mods now see what they say.

if you can maintain connection at that speed then profile should rise to 8000 due to rise in connection speed  throughput looking ok just now

 

profile should reset in 3/5 days maybe sooner provided you stay connected 24/7
