Very slow broadband speed

Only getting 29kbps download and 23kbps upload. Have been for the past few days now.

My ADSL stats are as follows;

I reset my connection time this evening. It was at 5 or 6 days before this.

Anyone know what I do do?

you have a very high number of errors suggesting a noise problem on your line please use the link above and post back the information asked for

can you run  btspeedtester  and  when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post the results .

are you connected directly via a filter to the NTE5 master or test socket or to somewhere else? Is the master the only phone socket in your home?

Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem
