Very slow download from Sky+ HD On Demand using BT Infinity 2

Good evening

 

I am suffering from extremely low downloads from Sky+ HD using Bt Infinity - it has taken 33 minutes to download 58% of a 3.07GB film. Done a download speed check via BT's own speed test and reading (whilst downloading the film) 42.89 Mbps. Any ideas please.

I've no advice to give but I've experienced similar very slow downloads of HD video from Sky on-demand & my speeds are slightly higher than yours.

 

Downloading of SD video seems OK though.

if you were still downloading film at time of test the test results are misleading - nothing should be downloading when testing

Ran a test via BT and returned download speeds of 49Mbps via ethernet with nothing else using the Hub prior to starting to download a Sky HD movie using an ethernet connection.
