I have cremoved the front plate from the master socket and connected to the test socket and here are the results (I had to use my fathers PC on wirelss as the cable isnt long enough for my pc)

hi yes you are in a banded profile as imjolly has said you now need 3days stable connection for the banding to lift automatically

Again for my pc (cabled not wireless)

Hi yes you need 3days stable connection then please post back the hub stats and a speedtest we can then advise further if needed

I would leave in the test socket for the 3+ days and maybe think of improving your sockets.  with your attenuation I would expect a connection speed of about 11/12mb on a good connection
