I'm hoping one of the extremely helpful mods can point me in the right direction.
We received a £100 Sainsbury's voucher a couple of days ago... and immediately dropped it down the back of a skirting board.
Before we start ripping apart our (rented) house, could you please let me know if it would be possible to get a replacement sent out?
For anyone who ends up the same situation - give Voucher Express a call and they'll send out a new card. Wonderful.
They're the company contracted by BT to actually send out the vouchers.
The gift card envelope (luckily) has their branding on it.
