Visiting family and found very slow broadband. Using BT Broadband with hime hub 1.5
Download ~ 10 Mb/sec or better, upload ~ 0.01- 0.037 Mb/sec.
Any thoughts appreciated

only thing to add is Bt speed tester failed..i think it worked o for downlad but died every time on upload.

The house doesn't seem to have a conventional master socket. At the point of entry there is an internal BT white box with a blank plate (ie no telephone socket). There is a standard extension socket about six inches away.
Broadband was installed by BT about six years ago and worked well till recently.
