Video Fault 6003 error VC019

After weeks of messing around. Still unable to get BT Sport on my Computor. Tried uninstalling siverlight, clearing cache, reseting computor time. Nothing works. No problesms getting bt sport on my iphone and ipad.

 

Computor running Win 7 64bit all updates installed.

 

Help

I've had exactly the same problem. Tried all the solutions recommended.
The only way I could get it to work was to run my browser (IE11 or Chrome) as Administrator ... Right click the desktop or menu icon and hit "Run as administrator" ...
Had no problems at all with my iPad though 🙂
