I'm so annoyed with BT. I have the above message on the BT Sport channels so I phoned them last Friday to report it, the guy at the call centre didn't know what to do and told me he would have to e-mail someone higher up to help resolve the problem. I've been checking My BT all week to track the fault which was open until yesterday where it now says "resolved" Great I thought but no it is NOT resolved I still have the same message saying viewing card slot not active. How can they just close the fault without any contact with me to check if it was working I have had no phonecall, no e-mail, nothing from them so now I am going to have to phone them again, its a joke!!!
