How can i view the monthly cost for my current Broadband and Phone Package online? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone help? Much appreciated 🙂

When you go to your MyBT there is no easy way to find out what you are paying.
You will need to look at one of your bills and see what the cots are and what if any discounts you have and work it out from there.
I had a feeling that might be the case.
I am actually managing my Mums BT account and am looking for her. She signed up to something via a phone call with a BT sales person but she can't remember what she signed up to (she is rather elderly).
Personally I have TalkTalk at my home and TalkTalk happily displays my monthly package cost online. I wonder why BT doesn't? Is it just a poor website or are they hiding this information on purpose? Seems rather sneaky to me.
I don't want to wait for my Mums next bill to find out (and it seems wrong to contact the call centre in this current climate). Any idea what I can do to get BT to give me this information? 🙂
BT would not divulge information to anyone other than the account holder, so if you do not have access to her online account, then there is nothing you can do.
If you look at the bills it will give a breakdown of what you're paying for everything
@Keith_Beddoe I do indeed have access to her online account and have her permission to manage. My original question was how do I find this information (her monthly package cost) on her online account... to which @gg30340 kindly pointed out is not possible on the BT website.
My first question is why don't BT provide this information online when others do (i.e. TalkTalk)?
And my second (rather hopefully) question is: Does anyone have creative solutions for getting BT to give me this information without me having to call them?
@garybs29 it is a sensible suggestion to look at the bill. However, I can't wait for a bill because by then she will be locked into the contract. I need to find the information before the 14 day cancellation period ends
I believe that is you use MyBt and choose Package and view Your Latest offers you will often see your current Broadband and Calls package cost calculated followed by some personalised offers.
If you use this link https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
and select the list of orders, you should be able to see the latest order, and the contract terms.
