Just found this link - http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/?exchange=Thame&exact=992&plugin=vp

Could be related to both our speed issues on the Thame exchange?

Yeah, I think it's stuck too. But, I think that may have been a trigger for all this craziness.

My speed is slowly starting to pick up again.

Re: Virtually unusable broadband

Go to solution

I'm assuming David put the request in to have the IP sorted and they just haven't done it.

I'm scared to phone India in case they do something stupid and re-set the Hub again because it will have been connected now for a solid 5 days.

I just have to wait I suppose, we are now into week 4 of the new BT account and it's still really tedious to use the internet on what amounts to a dial-up connection. David has 2 emails from me I sent over the weekend.

I hope this is prioritised now, I've resisted the urge to escalate this to a high level complaint because all I want is my broadband sorted.

Ok it's complaints time... what is the process?

Anyone have the high level complaints number or do I have to go through Ofcom first?
