Vision Sport stopped working please help

Hi

I have BT infinity, I had BT sport for about a week then suddenly its stopped working all the other channels work fine.

HELP PLEASE...........

Welcome to the forum.

A few things to check first.

Check which version of the middleware you are on.

Help & Settings > Settings > System Information > Middleware Version

What does it say?

If it includes the word 'multicast' then also check the following.

Help & Settings > Settings > Entitlement Information

Which services are listed?

I would have expected something like.

ESPN, PSB HD, Unlimited Extra, BT Sport SD, BT Sport HD

Channels 507 - 509 seem to be controlled by 'BT Sport SD' and 'ESPN'

Channels 510 - 512 seem to be controlled by 'BT Sport HD'

Channels 851 - 854 seem to be controlled by 'PSB HD'

Channels 855 - 938 seem to be controlled by 'Unlimited Extra' or 'Essential Extra'

so far 2 hours on the phone trying to get it sorted no one nows been to india and back 3 times. an absolute joke going back to sky maybe dearer

So it looks like they have removed the 'BT Sport SD' and 'BT Sport HD' entitlements from your account. You might find you can still view 509 due to the 'ESPN' one, but I'm not sure about that.

Why have they removed them? I've no idea, but it has happened to others. Try asking the people on this thread if they found a solution.

I had the same problem standard defn BT Sports 1 & 2 were OK over the weekend. I switched my box off and on to try and get HD & ESPN and I lost everything. Finally got it sorted this evening...took 3 calls to India,two transfers to Warrington and one to LongBenton,Newcastle and 6 hours on the phone before I got it sorted
