As a company we have just moved to BT Mobile from EE. My National Sales Manager has asked me to find out how to set up Visual Voicemail.
I can see from previous posts that it may not be possible but as this was approximately 9 months ago, not sure whether anything had changed since?
Can anyone clarify this for me please?

BT Business mobiles may have a totally different set of features. You may find it better to talk direct to the BT Business mobile team, as the business forum can be very slow to reply.
Could you please reply with an answer for non business users?
How can this possibly count as a solution?
No answer has been posted on this or the business forum.
Can caller details be accessed on BT mobile voicemail or not?
Every other network that I have used in the last 15 years has enabled this feature and my landline is also capable of this. Surely BT mobile are not stuck in the stone age?
