Voice over fibre ending calls

I have some sort of fault going on with my fttp connection, internet is working fine but all calls made and incoming cut off at 29.28 minutes. I've tried plugging in our old phone and the same happens. Has anyone got any ideas on what could be causing the issue?

Thanks, I did manage to phone up the fttp team up this evening and they have booked an engineer visit. The guy on the phone said others have phoned up with the same problem so I won't be charged the call out charge as it will probably be a fault at the exchange or the fttp modem.

Sorry for the problems you're having with the calls cutting off.  Strange issue!  I'm pleased to see you have an engineer booked to take a closer look.

The engineer changed the white modem with the updated version with the back up battery built in and all is working fine now.
