according to form its on your latest bill starting VOL01 followed by 12 numbers i dont want to put in account number I have a feeling a lot of customers will be getting there claims bounced any thoughts
I am going to assume this is something to do with a gift card claim? Did you intend this to be a new post, as it sounds like you intended to respond to an existing thread.

i reallydid not explain myself well i am trying to find the vol number according to following the claim its on your bil starting vol01 then 12 numbers i have my order number but i dont want to submit the claim any idea were this number is?
