Ok!! .. in the real world problems are sorted by speaking to someone and sorting it.. here I am dealing with the largest broadband provider in the U.K. And can't get any sense out of anyone I have spent hours on the phone speaking to god knows who from god knows where and not had much satisfaction now have to go through this ..if I have a problem at work or with someone I go and talk to them and sort it out why does it have to be so complicated..
