Voucher

Hi - I at the beginning of June upgraded my broadband package from a standard one to fibre optic unlimited package- there was an offer for a voucher at the time. I've just tried to chase up my voucher and it says I'm not entitled to one. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened to me with BT. Could someone chase it up for me , or direct me where to go? Many thanks- Andrea.

Hi @whiteyho Sorry you are having difficulty getting your voucher.

 

To chase your voucher then please complete This Form which goes direct to the voucher team and they will be back in touch in a few days.
