Thanks to the Mods for sorting this out pretty promptly for me. Refunds were actioned, BT Sport cancelled and then re-ordered again. All is good!

I am STILL being charged for BT Sport. I'm going to have to start a new thread and hope it gets picked up. So much for it being sorted for me!!!
Thanks @Cazzy1987. It's a strange charge. My bill is monthly with this month's bill covering up to October 17th BUT the BT Sport charge is only for September 18th - September 26th. Obviously a glitch somewhere.
