WHOLE HOME KEEPS DROPPING OUT

HI i have the whole home wifi. i bought the three disc set and set it up using the ios app. i had issues with connections and turned of the wifi from the hub. I then bought an additional disc to see if it was a coverage issue. I have a four bed house with a disc in each room and the network just dropps out even though all disc lights are blue, The software version is 1.02.05 build 01. 

I have tried factory reset but same issue arises.The only way i get the network to work is by turning the power off everytime this can be 2 or 3 times a day.

After £450 bit of a joke!!

any suggestions appreciated.

I would call the helpline in the morning, 0808 100 6116.

They will ask you to confirm the firmware is 1.02.05 build 01 and that you deleted the app from your phone, factory reset (by button on back being held for 30s on each disc) and then reinstalled as if from new.

Once they know you have done this and problems remain, they will guide you through the next steps to conclude if you have faulty hardware.

Happened with mine today and I recommend making this call.
