Like others on this board, I have been having issues connecting to my Home Hub3 using WPA / WPA2. WEP is fine.
However I have noticed that my firmware is only V100R001C01B031SP09_L_B which I believe to be out of date.
I was wondering if a frimware update would help?
Could one of the moderators arrange this?
Yes I am aware of that, but for some reason mine is not updating. I suspect it is because I was previously part of a trial and the update flag has not been switched back on.
Try a factory reset of the homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. Once it has reset leave it switched on 24/7.
