For new customers of BT it is promised to send me a sainsbury gift card. But I have not received it till now,and it is more than a month now.
Please tell me why.
I am also waiting, it's now over the 30 days and I would have expected the £75 card by now. I claimed on the day my services went live.
I've had a payment from Topcashback for this transaction already so there are no exuses for not being eligible etc.
