Waiting a month for activiation, then told no appointment needed!
I ordered my broadband on Feb 3rd, and the earliest engineer appointment I could get was March 9th. Then this morning I get a text to say that I don't need an appointment because all my wiring is sorted. I supplied this information at the time of ordering, but was still required to make an engineer appointment, and then it takes a MONTH for BT to work out it's not needed?
And my activiation dates are still March 9th, and my HH3 still hasn't been sent out. VERY disappointed.
