Waiting a month for activiation, then told no appointment needed!

I ordered my broadband on Feb 3rd, and the earliest engineer appointment I could get was March 9th. Then this morning I get a text to say that I don't need an appointment because all my wiring is sorted. I supplied this information at the time of ordering, but was still required to make an engineer appointment, and then it takes a MONTH for BT to work out it's not needed?

 

And my activiation dates are still March 9th, and my HH3 still hasn't been sent out. VERY disappointed.

That doesn't sound at all good.

 

Mind you, they don't normally send out the equipment until the day before the activation date anyway, so at least you should now get one of the new Home Hub 3's which is a small plus point, I suppose!

My activation is also the 9th and my HH3 arrived about 3 minutes ago via Parcel Force.
