I need to transfer my deceased mother's account over to me. We live/d at the same address & I simply want to move it over to me.
My concerns are : will this trigger a re-contract? As I would prefer to stay out of contract as it currently is & just move across to me.
Will the transfer incur a charge ?
Will I be able to keep the same number? As this is really important to me.
I have had some bad experiences with BT in the past & can't do with it right now.

No it won't, the existing terms remain unchanged.

Yes, everything remains the same, there's no downtime or break in service.
