Was I sent a faulty HH3?

Well last week I was sent a HH3 from BT as my HH2 was having voltage problems. Now the problem is that when I download at high speeds it will cause the wireless signal to my laptop to cut out and only my laptop (not any other device)  and I have to unplug and plug in my wireless adapter on my laptop to reconnect. I cannot even finsh a speed test without it cutting out most times. I have been using Infinity for almost 2 years and this has never happened. I am sure it is not the wireless adapter on my laptop as I tried it with another router and it did not cut out. 

 

Has anyone any information on this?

as it does not cause problems on other devices i would suggest a recheck of your wireless card drivers
