So, just over 2 weeks ago, my dad (the main account holder) signed us up to BT Fon. Unfortunately, it would appear that the service doesn't want to know us any longer. Whenever we try to sign it (using the main account), it announces Authorisation Failed. Invalid Username or Password.
Unfortunately, we can't even seem to opt in or out of the service. The homehub (version 3 arrived on Tuesday) says we're not opted in and isn't broadcasting as a hotspot either. Anyone care to give an explaination??
Hmmm. If you give the helpdesk a call on 08000 22 33 22 they should be able to tell you for definite whether or not you're opted in. They'll also be able to check your user details and make sure everything's set up OK for you.
