I've been waiting since the 29th May for my FTTP to be installed. I understand Openreach had some delays and needed to work on the fibre; but finally it has been brought out to a connection box in my garden, so an engineer needs to come connect it to the house. Except I have no date for this and the order checklist claims everything has been done.
I need to talk to BT but can't find any online chat and havent been able to get through to a call centre!
Any ideas how I can get them to help out?
