I logged into check the status of my order and the following alert
"We're sorry your phone line and broadband aren't working yet. We've got a specialist team working on it and we'll let you know as soon as we have more news. Thanks for your patience”
Does this mean my order will not go ahead, can someone check the status of my order to let me know as if its not going to happen I can contact Virgin Media to let them know I am staying with them.
