Web Protect is blocking access to valid sites

This started about 2 weeks ago, There are links in newsletters that I have been receiving for years! One is Hardens (restaurant reviews) and the other Planes Tv. both are fine on 4g.

The problem is with both Safari & Chrome.

On Chrome I truncated the long addresses t

Suspected unsafe site: http://el2.convertkit-mail2.com/

 http://is-tracking-link-api-prod.appspot.com/

and then got the BT page "Warning You Be Getting Spammed.

Is there any way to get these unblocked?

go to MYBT and turn off web protect and just use one of the free virus checker and if needed malwarebytes

I don't use BT WebProtect but according to its web page you can over ride any warning you get.

Re: Web Protect is blocking access to valid sites

Some oddities in this field of late.

Last week I was browsing to purchase a replacement wrist watch - access was denied to one of the UK's largest Jewellers under Child Protection terms.   I logged in for ease and just added it to allowed sites.

Next day I was looking for Hotel accommodation and decided to try one at the UK's largest Pub Group and that also came up as barred under Child Protection terms.  Again just logged in a added it to allowed sites.
