Web access to router

Hi,

New to the forum, so apologise if I've posted in the wrong forum or done anything else that is amiss.

Can I find the IP address for my router so that I can connect to it in a web browser?  I'm just intruiged to see it's stats.

Many thanks,

Dave

Re: Web access to router

I'm using the Huewai one.  The problem is that I'm using a slightly different subnet so that I can access my work network using my VPN connection.

The DHCP IP range that I'm using is 172.16.0.64 - 172.16.255.254.

Re: Web access to router

Allocate an IP to your PC in the same subnet as the router. say 192.168.1.10, then plug a cable between your PC and router into LAN2 under the tape, and browse to 192.168.1.1

Re: Web access to router

bludigi,

When you state "router" do you mean the HH3.?

The OR "Modem" is the white box and you can`t get any stats info from it.

Re: Web access to router

Bullitt,

The Modem is not a router,it is a Modulator/DeModulator that modulates the incoming VDSL signal data and then demodulates it into data that is then passed to the HH3 [or other] router.

The Router is just an auto switch that sends data to your network PCs via ethernet ports.
