Hi folks!
I've had this issue for a while now... when I try to login to BT webmail the list of emails in the inbox shows, but when I click on one to open it all I get is a spinning wheel & 'loading' then an error 'sorry, this request could not be completed'
Any suggestions welcome 🙂
How long is " a while now... "?
If your problem has just started today there is an ongoing problem with BTMail and a message to that effect has been posted on the log on page.
As I mentioned I have been having this issue for a while now.

From a few days ago I've not been receiving BT emails (in Outlook) that I know have been sent - some I've forwarded from my work account. Anyone else had this issue?
Can't use webmail as it stopped working about 18 months ago & no-one seems to be able to help 😞
Not been able to access webmail for over 18 months! Now I can't even get mail via Outlook! Getting really fed up 😞

When you say you cannot access WebMail, could you be more specific? Does it accept your login? (user name and password) or does it say either one of those is not recognised? The more details you tell us, the more likelihood someone may be able to help...
Yes, I can login OK. The inbox loads, but the folders do not & I get the error shown below:
Note the other two email addresses on my BT account work just fine via webmail, Outlook, tablet & iPhone.
I've logged a complaint, but to date nothing has improved
The issue is this & was logged as a complaint 30.06.2021:
• I cannot (& haven not for the past 18 months or so) access BT webmail on one address (my primary address) associated with my BT account. I can login to the email - via BT webmail address/account - & the inbox emails show up then there is a spinning wheel for a few moments then I get the error message "Sorry, this request could not be completed" & that's it. The other two email addresses work just fine by every access mode (webmail, outlook, tablet & iPhone).
• As of a few days prior to 30.06.2021 email failed to get through via Outlook too. I allowed it time to sort itself out, but it didn't so I logged a complaint, which is still open.
• I have tried accessing webmail for the problematic address on different PCs in different locations & NOTHING works
• If the emails manage to get through to my iPhone &/or iPad - they do so at random - & I try accessing them via webmail or outlook on a PC then they suddenly disappear from my iPhone & tablet.
Getting really fed up now - I need this address to work ASAP!!!
