Its funny this, I have been having the same problems, especially with eBay, there seems to be an MTU problem somewhere, it's been going on for a few days now, maybe over a week. Never happened before, and I never changed any settingsSmiley Indifferent

Do you think something could be wrong with this MTU issue?. You getting it as well on the test?. Its the first time I have ever tested with the web site so I do not know if it was a problem with me before.

My results have changed now, I did a reset on my Openreach box and a 2 min power down on my HH3, seems to of made the results better. I am getting these issues now. Anyone know why and how I can fix them:-

Got home tonight & my connection is even worse than last night. My browsing is abismal, connection is unusaeble. Its now taking over 1 Minute to load pages, and that is if they respond. Youtube & Netflix is constantly buffering

 

Spoken to BT India support yet again and all im told is that its only slow because im still in the "Training Period" and that is why my connection is slow. Went thorugh reset the router, that should cure it, still same

 

I've alrady had more than enough of this already and it's only been installed since 15th October

 

Speed test & Profile are ok, Ping is fine"ish"

 

Download speed achieved during the test was -

48.52 Mbps For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds
is 12 Mbps-0 Mbps. IP Profile for your line is - 49.41 Mbps

 

Upload speed achieved during the test was -

Having the same problem here in Doncaster - DN6 - been like it for days now.... its outing on ping 11 and 12 everytime and just did it on 4 too 😞 BT are going to INTERLEAVE our line (whatever that means) but this still wont sort the actual problem out... they say ping 11 and 12 are nothing to do with them so they cant escalate it to BT wholesale ??!!? Surely someone has to be responsible for this... our business is taking 5 times longer just to process the easiest of things on line 😞

Having the exact same problem here in Bridlington East Yorkshire, web browsing is a joke as is gaming. My tracert looks exactly like yours @Spoon1969.... So can some one please let us know what is going on and what can be done to fix it.

This Infinity is a joke having problems every other week.

Mine seems to have picked up tonight aNd my profile has gone up. 

 

Just had 2 massive disconnections and a lot of crackling on the line though just before & after 9 pm. Disconnection seemed  to happen with the crackling on the phone. All this did coincide with a heavy rain shower as well. Never had that before

Yes, same here a few miles down the road (A614). And it's getting to be a pain!


 

It seems to be okay this morning, so maybe they've done something about it. (I know I haven't changed anything.) But it'd be nice if someone would actually tell you.
