I connect to my broadband connection via my Bt hub 3 when I try to use editing on my Bt Community Kit website it does not let me do so. If I connect via Bt fon it works without a problem. Anyone know why this is.
Anyone having problems eding the website? getting measage "There has been an error, the website team have been informed" Tried using Firefox just the same problem.

Oh I think I understand now. We can't offer you support for the website builder here, have you raised a support ticket?
I found this on the BT Community Web Kit FAQ's
To submit a support ticket you must login to the BT Community Web Kit and click on the 'Submit a Helpdesk Enquiry' button at the top of this page.
The 'Submit a Helpdesk Enquiry' button will send you to the Support Hepldesk page and once it has has loaded you can click on the 'Submit new ticket' link to enter your enquiry.

Found the problem if I connect using my bt broadband conection it won't let me edit the site (gives error messages). However if I connect via bt fon it works fine and lets me edit the site. Is my bt hub blocking it?
I think it's just some intermittent fault on the system. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't log in at all - the login page wouldn't load. Then a week later it had fixed itself and I could update my website.
