Hello, my website applebee1558.com along with all of it's subdomains is being blocked from BT based on reports from my customers. I had them change their DNS settings to workaround BT's filter. Can I have an explanation as to why my domain was blocked by your DNS servers? Thanks!

I think I have just connected to your website - not that I fully understood what it does.

I've also just connected to your website with no issues at all...
This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
As has been pointed out, BT can not be blocking your site as I and the other posters who have responded so far can access it.
This is really weird, I get reports from people claiming that they cannot access it (). When doing some debugging with these people, I figured out that BT's DNS servers are sending the wrong IP to clients. Is there any way I can contact staff regarding this issue?
have you asked your clients with problems if they have turned of web protect in MYBT
to contact CS phone 0800800150 from mobile
I have not, but I will next time someone comes up with this issue again.
Are you using https or http? Http is often blocked by browsers or the Antivirus/malware blockers that people use.
Edit: I checked your website and I note you are using https.
