Website connection issue

Last night I was visiting a particular web page (www.results-brca.org) which was fine and then a couple of hours later i tried to revisit it and all I got all evening then "was unable to connect" when i tried to connect via a desk top or laptop via the wired BT Infinity 4 connection we have.

 

Website owner said the site was up and other people around the UK confirmed this but I was still unable to connect.

 

If I used my iphone on WIFI I could not connect but if I used 4G signal on BT Mobile connection was made.

 

Any idea's, I've not tired again today as I'm now at work but dont understadn why 3 devices (phone,laptop,desktop) would not connect and I had not touched the router either.

What operating system and Hub are using ? This sounds a little like the problems I am experiencing here:
