Website problem with BT Smart Hub router

Hello,

I work for a trips package deal operator "Tripx.co.uk" and recently i received a complaint from a customer that the Search Results page fails to pass the Firewall in his BT Smart Hub router. (everything was working fine once he disabled the firewall for his test).

As i am stationed outside the UK and do not have access to BT Smart Hub router i was wondering if someone would be willing to help me with one short test. All you have to do is:

  1. Visit the website TripX
  2. Click on the Search button
  3. If the next page doesn't load and all you see is a blank screen:
    1. Press F12 on your keyboard while the TripX website tab is focused. This will open the Developers Console.
    2. Refresh the page. And this time the Developers Console might list some errors.
    3. Post a screenshot from the Developers Console and the Network tab.
  4. If the next page does load with some search results (hotel packages) it means you do not have the same problem and you are done. I would appreciate if you could leave a comment that the problem does not occurs for you.

Here is an example screenshot from the console for Google Chrome browser.

Thanks in advance. This would really help me in figuring out what is going on.

Best regards,
Mitko

P.S. I posted this in the wrong Board, and i can't find a way to move it to The Lounge. I guess i need the help from an Administrator?

The Search results appear for me, I'm using Edge and a Smart Hub 2.

Also, as expected, disabling the firewall made no difference.

Also works fine with Opera. Nothing to do with hub, its a browser problem.

Also fine with Firefox with 'NoScript' disabled.

Hello,
Can you please confirm that for you the search results were always visible?
