Weekend calls incurring a charge before the hour is up
In "MyBT" > "My Products" I have the Unlimited Weekend Calls plan. This clearly states:-
Inclusive calls to UK landlines all weekend
Unlimited calls to UK landlines from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday, for up to an hour
I made 3 calls to the same (BT) landline number - the calls lasted for 54:52, 57:26 and 58:30.
Checking in "Recent Usage" I see that 2 of those calls, those lasting for more than 55 minutes - not an hour, just 55 minutes - have incurred charges of £0.41 and £0.96 respectively.
Please explain to me why calls which your own system is telling me lasted for less than 1 hour are incurring charges when the stated maximum time (before charges should be incurred) of 1 hour was not exceeded.
