Well done Open Reach

My landline went down Thursday 9th March 2017 rang BT's 0800 800 151 number 21:35hrs and entered the info required in the automated system, it must have worked as an Open Reach engineer rang me on my mobile at 10:40am 10th March 2017 to advise they would be at my house in 15 minutes. the Engineer arrived at 11:04hrs connected a gizmo to my line box disappeared in his van for 17 minutes returned and stated probem caused by rusty terninals in a street cabinet, repairs had been made and landline working again.

 

Open Reach have had a lot of flack recently but all I can do is thank them for a great service.
